Cyndi O’Meara: Change Your Eating Habits and Live Longer

Popular Australian nutritionist is invited to attend the Second Eurasian Women’s Forum.

In 1984, Cyndi graduated Deakin University, one of the most innovative educational institutions in Australia with a BSc in Nutrition. Her book Changing Habits Changing Lives (1988) became a bestseller.

Cyndi O’Meara is a popular Australian nutritionist, filmmaker, bestselling writer, founder and CEO of wholefoods manufacturer Changing Habits.

Cyndi is invited to EAWF to participate in an open discussion ‘Active Longevity: Contemporary Technologies and Initiatives for Women”. Cyndi is about educating, her greatest love is to teach people, in order for them to make better choices in their life, so they too can enjoy greater health throughout their life. Her unique, surprisingly simple and down-to-earth approach challenges and encourage others to eliminate unhealthy habits and live longer healthier lives. A passionate and knowledgeable speaker, Cyndi declares her support of healthier eating. 

Cyndi’s method helped thousands of people make better choices while shopping for groceries. By educating people on how to read food labels, why diets don’t work, and how drugs can affect your total well-being and vitality, Cyndi confronts her audiences with new truths and empowers them to make long lasting changes with simple and achievable steps on how to create healthier habits. 

Cyndi doesn’t agree with low-fat or low-calorie diets. She believes that chocolate and be useful and she is confident that tasty foods are an integral part of the well-balanced diet.

Probably, the reality of life is there to prove her right. At least she keeps up her stable optimal weight and has never turned to antibiotics, painkillers or any other medication for that matter. Looks like her longevity is all but guaranteed.
